Please note that due to safety regulations, batteries that have been charged, discharged, or show signs of terminal wear cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the batteries in their original individual cases and outer box, ensuring you include the RMA form and follow all lithium-ion shipping safety labeling requirements.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location that accepts Class 9 hazardous materials shipments.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the voltage levels and physical condition of the cells, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
